Welcome Ken Cummins to the CCBA Hispanic Ministry. Ken Married Tammy Girten

three grown children, Zack, Hannah and Andrew. They also

Station in Bowling Green, KY, a career missionary to La Ceiba, Honduras from
1992 to 2000 and has worked in radio for over 38 years. He has worked for WNKJ
in the early 80's, while on furlough from the mission field in the 90's and now
since September, 2000. He serves as the
Promotions/PR Director for WNKJ/WNLJ and Spanish teacher at Dawson Springs
Independent High School in Dawson Springs, KY and as a lead church planter
cooperating with the Christian County Baptist Association.
We look forward to working with Ken and his wife Tammy along Hugo and Dana Lopez as they reach out to the Hispanic community in Christian County
The Hispanic Ministry in Christian County has a two-fold thrust. Because of the increasing number of Hispanics who are making Christian County as their home and because of the large number of Hispanics related to the military presence at Ft. Campbell, the Christian County Baptist Association (CCBA) has worked diligently to establish Spanish language churches in Christian County.
Because of the large number of predominantly Mexican farm migrants that come to Christian County each year, the CCBA is also aggressively involved in reaching out to these migrants.
